Measurement Disclaimer

NetPulse reports browser-observed measurements from supported providers such as Cloudflare Speedtest and M-Lab NDT7. Results can vary due to Wi-Fi conditions, device load, browser scheduling, VPNs, routing, congestion, provider endpoint choice, and local network equipment.

No Guaranteed Service Level

NetPulse is provided as an informational utility. It does not certify internet service quality, guarantee exact ISP billing speeds, or replace professional network testing equipment.

Acceptable Use

• Do not automate excessive speed tests or abuse third-party measurement providers.
• Do not use NetPulse to attack, overload, probe, or disrupt networks.
• Do not misrepresent NetPulse results as official regulatory findings.

Measurements may rely on third-party provider systems. Their availability, endpoints, and data handling practices are governed by their own terms and policies.
